FAQ - Party Decoration Rentals Turku & Raisio

Browse our online store, select your desired products, choose your rental period from the calendar, and add items to your cart. Proceed to checkout, fill in your details, and choose a payment method. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Products are picked up at Junnilantie 1, 21280 Raisio, Finland. We will arrange the exact pickup time via email or phone after your order is confirmed. We aim for flexible pickup times on weekdays and weekends.

We will inspect the products together and go through the rental details. You will receive instructions for safe transport and handling. Make sure you have enough space in your vehicle for the products.

Return the products to the same address at the agreed time. Products must be intact, clean, dry, and packed the same way as at pickup. The return time is agreed separately.

Yes! We offer delivery for an additional fee. Contact us to check availability and pricing based on your venue location.

The standard rental period is 1–7 days depending on the product. Minimum and maximum rental periods are shown on each product page. Longer rentals can be arranged separately.

We accept card payments (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer, MobilePay, and cash on pickup.

Please report any damage immediately. We do not charge for normal wear and tear, but significant damage or loss may result in repair or replacement charges.

Yes. Cancellations must be made in writing. Timely cancellations may be refunded as agreed. Cancellations made close to the rental date may not be refunded. See our Rental Terms page for full details.

Most of our products are designed primarily for indoor use. Some products can be used outdoors in good weather. Check the product description or ask us.
